How we calculate this

We turn your numbers into a month of calls and run them through the same math as the Josie dashboard.

  1. Calls a month = calls a week × 52 ÷ 12. The calls you miss = that × the share you miss today.
  2. Bookings = the calls you miss × the share that would book. Each booking is worth what a customer spends.
  3. Revenue is counted only for bookings on calls you miss today. A booking your team would have taken anyway is never counted as won.
  4. Hours = the minutes Josie talks on each call plus the follow-up work it leaves behind, at your staff cost. They count as time saved only for calls your team answers today.
  5. Cost = the plan's price, plus the extra minutes beyond the ones it includes (each call rounds up to the next minute), plus the healthcare add-on for healthcare industries.
  6. The multiple divides the value by the cost. When Josie answers only the calls you miss, it counts revenue won only.

Assumptions used

  • A customer spends $350 per booking.
  • An hour of staff time costs $22.
  • Each call leaves 2 minutes of follow-up work.
  • 261 minutes a month at 3 minutes a call, billed per whole minute.

Revenue is what those customers would spend, before your costs — not profit.

Questions, answered plainly

Will callers know Josie is an AI?
Yes. Josie says up front that she's an AI assistant for your business, and she answers honestly if a caller asks.
Does she speak Spanish?
Yes. Josie answers in English or Spanish, whichever the caller starts in, and can switch during the call.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You forward your calls to Josie. Stop forwarding whenever you like and calls ring you again.
When can I start?
Josie opens to new businesses soon. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once, the day you can sign up.
Which plan do I need?
Pro ($249 a month) if you want Josie booking jobs on Josie's own calendar and texting callers. Essential ($99 a month) is enough if you only want her to answer, take messages and send you the details of each call.
What will Josie never do?
She will never diagnose a fault, quote a repair or promise when a tech will arrive or take a card number. When a caller asks, she takes a message for you instead.
Does Josie work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
Not yet. Today Josie works on her own and sends you the details of each call; connecting her to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan is on our list, with no date promised.
