Estimate based on your numbers. Real results vary.
How we calculate this
We turn your numbers into a month of calls and run them through the same math as the Josie dashboard.
- Calls a month = calls a week × 52 ÷ 12. The calls you miss = that × the share you miss today.
- Bookings = the calls you miss × the share that would book. Each booking is worth what a customer spends.
- Revenue is counted only for bookings on calls you miss today. A booking your team would have taken anyway is never counted as won.
- Hours = the minutes Josie talks on each call plus the follow-up work it leaves behind, at your staff cost. They count as time saved only for calls your team answers today.
- Cost = the plan's price, plus the extra minutes beyond the ones it includes (each call rounds up to the next minute), plus the healthcare add-on for healthcare industries.
- The multiple divides the value by the cost. When Josie answers only the calls you miss, it counts revenue won only.
Assumptions used
- A customer spends $150 per booking.
- An hour of staff time costs $18.
- Each call leaves 2 minutes of follow-up work.
- 261 minutes a month at 3 minutes a call, billed per whole minute.
Revenue is what those customers would spend, before your costs — not profit.
Questions about the estimate
Where do the example numbers come from?
They are examples, not statistics. We start from a modest hourly cost and ticket for your industry, and you change every one to your own. Nothing here is a promise of results.
What counts as a missed call?
A call nobody answers: after hours, with the line busy, or when your team can't pick up. Those are the calls Josie answers when you choose "Only the calls I miss".
Is the money shown profit?
No. It is revenue: what those customers would spend, before your costs.
